At Simone à Bordeaux, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return any unworn item with original tags within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or visit our contact page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
